The GMSA is organized:

• To evaluate the current state of the town, gather and organize resources, and citizens and to stimulate the town's economic and cultural foundations.

• To promote stability, growth, and development

• To otherwise conduct civic, charitable and educational activities necessary, and appropriate in Eastern Howard County
